How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 2–5 business days before shipping. However, it usually takes even less than that.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@pearlsandhooks.com. Once dispatched, we can’t make changes.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code once your parcel is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide from Estonia (EU).

How long does delivery take?

Estonia: 2–5 business days

EU countries: 7–14 business days

Rest of the world: 14–28 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs or import fees charged by your local authorities.

We ship to the US with prepaid duties (PPD).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna, all processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. The shipping cost, however, is not covered by us.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you have not receive your order within the delvery time frames, please contact your local postal service first (you need your tracking number for that). We are not responsible for lost and damaged packages. Neither are we reponsible for failed delivery attempts. However, should anything like this happen, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Why is there an order minimum for the US customers?

All US orders are shipped with prepaid duties (PPD), so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Because shipping and customs costs are high and fixed per parcel, a minimum order helps us keep pricing transparent and sustainable.

Why do you need my phone number?

This is the requirement based on new EU Aviation Rules and I won't be able to ship your order without your phone number.
